Nicole is a native of Louisville and a 2004 graduate of Jefferson Community College. After obtaining a Physical Therapist Assistant degree Nicole worked.
In a variety of settings ranging from private practice to skilled nursing and is excited to bring the skills she has learned over the years to help others return to the activities they love and live their “best lives.”
Nicole currently lives in Elizabethtown with her husband, son and Pooh the family pet. She is a University of Louisville fan and enjoys watching basketball games with her family. Her free time activities include cooking, painting, crochet and travel.
