David is a 1996 graduate from Central Hardin High School. He attended the University of Kentucky and earned his Bachelor degree in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2002. David completed his Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of Kentucky in 2009. He is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, ASTYM, and Dry Needling certified.
David enjoys the outdoors, fishing, sports, and exercising. In addition, he likes traveling and competing in running and obstacle course races across the country. David currently resides in Elizabethtown with his wife Kelly and son Dawson.
